it’s was alrightThis series is the first I read from this author and probably the last， I find it boring。This is without a doubt the most vanilla mafia romance books I have read。 To me books have categories and this feels short on very category， mafia books are/should be full of action， the smut it’s usually strong and when those two thing aren’t that heavy， than it’s the other type the one that stabling a strong emotional connection and this also makes the smut better because of the emotional c it’s was alrightThis series is the first I read from this author and probably the last， I find it boring。This is without a doubt the most vanilla mafia romance books I have read。 To me books have categories and this feels short on very category， mafia books are/should be full of action， the smut it’s usually strong and when those two thing aren’t that heavy， than it’s the other type the one that stabling a strong emotional connection and this also makes the smut better because of the emotional connection， but this book was flat on all aspects， there was pretty much no action， and the sexy time was also lackluster and since they really didn’t have a emotional connection until the 90% mark that let the book boring， it felt like the writer run out things to write and just kept going around the same thing， there was no emotional connection besides lust and desire but like I said that was also flat， the phase of the book is more typical to vanilla books but vanilla books still your heart and make you cry， this is just boring and made no sense。 The audiobook was terrible， rhe female character sounded like an old lady， it was funny because he talks about her voice being sexy while the writer picked a narrator that sounded like an old lady， and I’m not a fan a the male narrator either but his voice was better then the female。 。。。more

This is the last book in the Byrne Brothers series and this one is my favorite。Oran will make you want more， I didn’t want this book to end。Lina has a goal by going to go to the Olympus Club and nothing will hold her back。 She keeps her secrets， and along the way， answers will be given。Oran and Lina are a perfect combination， the chemistry is undeniable。 And now I am excited to see what comes next。 This series may be over， but I’m sure will see more of them in the future。
